We will also have leaders from around the country teach our staff throughout the summer on biblically based youth ministry. Ministry Task #1: Small Group Leader As a small group leader Interns will be responsible for leading their small group of students in a short 15-20 minute bible study from material that we supply. They would also be responsible for engaging the students in conversation about the material and sermons and be there to minister to the students, but any in depth counseling will be directed to the youth leader and adult chaperones.
