Rooming List/Shirt Sizes

Required in the office at least 15 business days prior to the beginning of your camp. All shirts are adult sizes. Rooms at Timberlake are “dorm style” with mostly single beds. Sheets or sleeping bags and pillows are to be brought by all campers.Download »

Packing List/Info Sheet

Distribute this to your group. Each student must bring only ONE medium-sized suitcase. This will help YOU travel easier, and will make for an easier week for them. Rec options are also listed on this page.Download »

Medical Release Forms

Both forms are required for all participants. Make sure you bring 2 copies with you; one for our files and one for you to hang on to. Youth pastors will turn these in upon checking in your group at the beginning of camp.Download »
