| Momentum2 takes the next step by helping you as a youth leader develop and strengthen your leadership team. This conference is unique among leadership events because it brings together three training seminars in one: It is a volunteer adult training seminar, a student leader weekend retreat, and a youth minister’s conference all in the same weekend! During this 23-hour weekend event, you can spend time with other youth leaders while your adult volunteers and your student leaders (rising 11th graders and up) are being encouraged, trained, and inspired!
Our objective is to help you spark your “dream team” in under 24 hours! Momentum2 is a unique blend of volunteer training and youth leadership inspiration where you and your ministry team can dream, pray, laugh and learn biblical youth ministry principles together!
Don’t worry! We are not going to send you home with a “cookie-cutter” youth program as some conferences attempt to do! Instead, we will focus upon the biblical principles that can help you inspire your team to develop the excitement and motivation needed to uniquely and creatively reach the youth of your community!

Vision Assemblies for all conference participants will inspire and inform everyone with biblical principles for youth ministry. These conferences will guide your workers to understand God’s goal for youth groups, the essential elements of a healthy youth group, plus how to grow a youth ministry one step at a time!
...INFORMATION!
Leader Labs will provide practical application for youth pastors, volunteer adults, and young leaders! We will help your adults see the value of their work among youth as small group leaders, Bible study teachers, and adult guides for youth. Your student leaders will grasp the significance of their influence in the youth group as they are motivated to leave a godly legacy for the youth who follow their example. Youth leaders will gain insight into enlisting and equipping volunteer leaders, how to develop and maintain a healthy balance in youth ministry programming, and more!
...IMPLEMENTATION!
“Dream Teams” (your church delegation) will spend time developing “ownership” of your youth group’s ministry! This is our favorite part: You will actually have several opportunities throughout the weekend to meet with the team that you brought with you to dream together about God’s desires for your youth ministry. Discussion guides will be supplied to you to help you guide discussions with your team! Youth leaders tell us that this is their favorite part of the weekend! |
