ADD THE GLOBAL MISSION TRACK TO YOUR CAMPERS' EXPERIENCE!   Global Mission Track allows your students to experience a combination of youth camp and mission trip all in one!  Your group will still take part in the regularly scheduled program and worship, but instead of free time in the afternoon you'll be serving others in the local community.  Serving opportunities include construction projects, children's ministry, care ministry, and a lot more.  This is the perfect opportunity to help your students grow even closer to God during your time at camp by letting them serve others in the name of Jesus!

Our camp financial policies have been updated.  Please see details below:

Deposits:
In order to get the Early Bird discount, your $50 deposit must be postmarked by January 15. Reservations may be made by phone or email, and $50 per person deposit is due within 10 business days.

Deposits are non-refundable.  However, from the date you pay your deposit through January 15th, your deposits are transferable towards your final balance.  After January 15th, they are non-transferable.

Drops and Cancelations:
Groups must make any changes before April 15, in order to avoid any further charges.  For all drops and cancelations after April 15, the group owes an additional $50 beyond the original deposit for each registered spot that is dropped. Any cancellations within 15  business days before your camp start date must be paid in full.

Additions:
For all additions, the camp price will be determined by the date the deposit is postmarked.  If some spots are reserved at the Early Bird price, then we will calculate your total accordingly.  The same will be true for all spots deposited after the Early Bird discount.

Final Payment:
Final payment is due 15 business days before your camp start date.  There will be a $100 late fee for any payments made after the 15 day deadline.
